Relating Between the Lines is a school for relational education that equips leaders with timeless people skills that create compounding returns. Through experiential learning, Relating Between the Lines helps leaders bring four key shifts into their organizations: 1. From avoiding conflict to embracing conflict 2. From stigmatizing emotion to befriending emotion 3. From downplaying differences to celebrating differences 4. From diagnosing people to humanizing people We're here to create the most delightful learning experiences on Earth, and leave the world more connected than we found it. We've run cohorts for leaders at companies like a16z, Google, and Disney, and have recently seen heightened interest from founders. Since establishing in 2020 as an AAPI-led team, we are proud to have equipped many leaders in our programs with communication skills that transformed their relationships, personally and professionally.
