ResBoss was created to solve a problem in our own restaurants. Our London restaurants enjoy great occupancy all year round, mainly thanks to cracking the code on creating great dining experiences pre-sold in the form of vouchers. We work with all the major voucher players, including Virgin Experience Days, BuyAGift, Groupon and more. The problem we faced was how to manage thousands of vouchers each month. Handling redemptions and bookings required several staff, working full time just to manage our reservation system. There had to be a better way.
