Retire Friday is a proposal to achieve retirement security considering the challenges of our times- Increased longevity - Complexity of financial markets and financial products - Plenty of work, but lack of employment and shorter labor contracts - Threats to jobs in the form of automation and artificial intelligence - Concerns of small employers to provide retirement benefits - The reality of independent employment - The need to be accountable for our own retirement We believe the retirement models in use today work only for a small percentage of the workforce. For the rest of us, Retire Friday provides the motivation, the education and the methods needed to sequentially achieve retirement security.
