Revolutionary Ed, Llc

Revolutionary ED, LLC will support and empower school systems to dismantle systemic racism in education and promote antiracism through cultural responsiveness, diversity, equity, and inclusion. Revolutionary ED, LLC will support our thought partners with understanding the organization's history, analyzing the sources and root causes of institutional racism, implicit bias, explicit bias, and inequities, as well as inattention to diversity and inclusion, including areas in which underserved students who are Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC) lack access to rigorous and engaging educational programs and resources. Revolutionary ED, LLC will support our thought partners with ensuring actionability as well as forging coalitions, support networks, and cross-institutional partnerships to address key areas in need of improvement. Revolutionary ED, LLC will support thought partners with moving beyond initial coalition building and professional learning to effect substantive organizational change and reform, including data analysis to confirm the impact of the work on student achievement, efficacy, and social-emotional well-being. Revolutionary ED, LLC will support our thought partners with ensuring that the school system policies and practices reflect consistently the tenets of antiracism articulated in the system, including sustained leadership and financial support to ensure total organizational transformation.
