Rihoy & Son is Guernsey’s leading and longest-established building contractor, trusted since 1924. We employ more than 250 staff and are involved with projects of all types and sizes all across Guernsey. Rihoy & Son became the Channel Islands’ first building contractor to attain Chartered Building Company status in 2001. For nearly 25 years, this status identifies Rihoy & Son’s inherent commitment to quality, integrity and excellence in everything that we do. Our capabilities include project management, quantity surveying, design and build, bespoke projects, complex restorations, and efficient subcontractor delivery. We also operate our own plant and transport division, and run an in house joinery workshop. With a deep-rooted heritage and forward-looking approach, we continue to shape the island’s built environment through quality craftsmanship, community partnership and innovation.
