At Rob Tracy Consulting, I work with the leadership teams of entrepreneurial organizations to help them achieve their goals. My primary service is the implementation of business operating systems. A business operating system is the set of principles, practices, tools, and philosophies to run the business. Unlike canned approaches, like EOS®, I'll help to design a system that meets a company's unique requirements. Working together, we'll find the right balance of simplicity vs. complexity, rigor vs. flexibility, and bias for action vs. thoughtfulness. In addition to customizing the operating system to meet your needs, I'll also work with you to create the roadmap that fits your needs.
