Discipline, hard work, perseverance, leadership, organisation and adaptability. These are the skills that I acquired from a long and successful career in the NZ Army, and which I’ve been able to transfer to my training and coaching programmes within the business sector. It was a simple request from a business owner needing some professional advice regarding a crucial staff issue that got me started in 2005. Since then, and largely through referrals, I’ve worked successfully with hundreds of businesses throughout New Zealand from lots of different industries, and at various stages in their journeys. Many have gone on to achieve great things on the world stage. It’s this vast experience that’s given me the knowledge and wisdom to be a very skilled and insightful performance coach.
