Bob Keegan of Robert T. Keegan & Associates has been in the search business since April, 1971. For the first twelve years, he was a managing shareholder in an international group of search firms. Since then, he has dedicated himself to management recruiting primarily, but not exclusivly in the manufacturing sector. Successful searches have been centered in General, Plant, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality and Human Resources Management areas. Supply Chain and Sales Management areas have also been a core of our business. Getting to know the business, culture and mandates of clients allow us to refine the search so that only the most qualified candidates are put forward. This saves both clients and candidates time in a very busy business environment. We understand that we only win only when the employer and the candidate win.
