Robins Foundation

Robins Foundation is a Richmond-based philanthropic foundation rooted in the legacy of E. Claiborne and Lora M. Robins, who believed in the power of education and community to transform lives. For nearly 70 years, we’ve partnered with nonprofits, community members, and regional leaders to advance opportunity and vibrancy across our region. Our work centers on three focus areas: early childhood care and education, dynamic community, and nonprofit capacity building. By supporting our region’s youngest residents and our community’s culture and public spaces, we aim to ensure that every child is prepared for a bright future and every resident and visitor experiences a thriving Richmond. We remain guided by our founders’ vision, and today’s board, staff, and fourth-generation descendants continue to nurture their enduring legacy of philanthropy and service.
