Robyn Crane, CFP® is committed to helping female financial advisors grow their businesses the woman's way. The women we work with are driven and committed to helping people and making a bigger impact. They have no problem working hard, but are sick of using unpredictable prospecting and acquisition strategies that aren't aligned with their values. They often feel let down by people in the industry and are frustrated that they typically work harder than their male counterparts, but aren’t making as much as they are. They care deeply about their clients and are committed to serving them at the highest level. They’ve been successful in the past and know they have the potential to create incredible success, but they’re not exactly where they want to be. They would like better systems to attract and convert clients so they don't have to worry about where their next high level client will come from. They're driven to expand their businesses, so they can have more fulfillment, impact and time with their family. We provide coaching, consulting and transformational events to help these women attract quality prospects without using the old, archaic methods taught in the industry. We teach a conversation-based sales process that's valuable instead of being pushy, salesy or manipulative & gets people excited to work with them. We help these women position themselves as experts so they attract the right people who they love working with. We provide systems and strategies for women to grow their businesses in an authentic way that capitalizes on their natural abilities to connect and build relationships, which gets them better results and gives them confidence and fulfillment. We are committed to helping these amazing women create their ideal businesses and live their ideal lives and contribute more to their communities. Our mission is to increase the footprint of women in the financial industry to 50%, so it's equitable and we can help more women around the world.
