Roots & Rounds is grounding and growing leaders across intergenerational teams by bridging the wisdom and energy of all ages in communities and workplaces through improved communications and leadership skills to foster inclusion, leverage collective genius, and alleviate ageism. We are a 501(c)(3) organization operating as a social enterprise that offers workshops, retreats, and speakers on improving working relationships through intergenerational awareness, emotional intelligence, communication skills, and foundational life and leadership skills and mindsets. For every program we deliver for clients, Roots & Rounds is able to provide free leadership development programming to youth organizations and rural entrepreneurs. Our programs are providing readiness resources for leaders who are addressing multi-generational challenges; leveraging a wide range of diverse skill sets and experiences as collective genius, and improving team member satisfaction and connectedness.
