Welcome at our LinkedIn page. We are thé professional high quality network for female leaders. Our mission is to create opportunities for female talent within organisations. This is a unique community where female leaders meet each other, share experiences, seek substantive depth in topics that are relevant and urgent and where we can bring women forward. We believe in empowerment and in the power that comes with diverse and inclusive organisations. It can be lonely at the top. Therefore we created a membership specifically for these female leaders who are in top positions within their organisation. They can join empowering and inspiring – content driven – events. Female talents /female leaders can join our mentoring programs, join professional education, executive tables or other coaching/training programs. Please have a look at De Vrouwelijke Commissaris, aimed at female potentials that want to make impact as non-executive board member. It’s a unique program where you not only learn the basics of a new style non executive boardmember, you will also be equipped to fulfill the role in an authentic and professional way, therefore you will develop to become a gamechanger. It’s a combination of theory, cases, insights from experienced non executive boardmembers, personal development, building your network and learning on the job in a supervised traineeship.
