Safari Trends Botswana has been established as a Destination Management Company (DMC) for Botswana, with future possible expansion into Zambia and Zimbabwe. It will be one of three DMC’s in Botswana. Recruitment of Global Agents will be supported by attending industry travel shows/expos (BTTE, ITB, Indaba), which create a personal nature of the relationship, through face to face meetings. The contact with agents will be provided via e-mail and telephone services in an efficient and professional manner. The relationship with our international agent’s further benefits from our bi-lingual team. Background and Development Safari Travel is one of the most sought-after forms of tourism given its unique products and potentially disappearing animal offerings. There are numerous tour operators working Globally to see Botswana but only two local DMC’s and we are the only one that focus’s 100% on Botswana only, thus given you a unique service experience. Safari Trends may be new to the market, but we are in no way new to the industry as our MD has over 38 years of experience in the travel industry in Botswana.
