Through assessments and consulting, courses and facilitated conversations, and relationship-driven memberships, we help groups and individuals dismantle hierarchies of human worth and see the possibilities in authentic celebration and connection. SAIR is a Black, LGBTQAI+, woman-owned business, and our consultants and members hold a range of diverse identities. Together we bring more than seventy years of experience across functions and industries - from travel and consulting to publishing and financial services. Our collective experiences, our deep understanding of diverse identities, our historical knowledge, our experience working with organizations and individuals, and our empathy, are all tools that we bring to bear in every facet of our work. Our clients include non-profit and for-profit organizations, learners and leaders, and community and faith-based organizations.
