SAMI Airbus Aircraft & Maintenance Services SAAMS is Joint Venture created by SAMI and Airbus with the purpose of establishing an MRO capability in the Kingdom. In 2018 the two parties signed the joint venture agreement with SAMI Aerospace LCC holding 51% and Airbus Saudi Limited holding the remaining 49%, and finally the company was incorporated in June 2022. Our Vision: A dynamic company actively taking part on Vision 2030 and associated strategic objectives to increase local content, boost job opportunities, and enhance the capacity of the Saudi economy. To become the Military MRO of reference in KSA and the GCC to maintain, repair and enhance Airbus Fleet in the Kingdom. Our Mission: Establish an MRO/Service Centre Develop a Training and Flight support Capabilities Develop an indigenous Aircraft Upgrade Capability Complementing a variety of Local Education and Training Initiatives as well as Local Sup-ply Chain development initiatives, including SME’s
