Our knives represent the meticulous detail, the perfect balance, the hairsplitting sharpness. From original sketch to 3D model to prototype to serial model — we do everything ourselves, this is our philosophy. Manual labor comprises 90 percent of our production process. All SAMURA knives are sharpened by hand on whetstones. Therefore, we stand proudly behind each knife in every line we offer. SAMURA brand started its journey in 2003 by launching its first product series. In 2008 the first ceramic knives was released. Since then we have grown up to 20+ knives line and continue to innovate. Precision, technology and utmost quality are our guiding principles.
