Sarah Beach Consulting was created from a passion for leadership and a vision to develop a new generation of leaders who are self-aware and focused on the needs of the individuals they serve. I have worked for the past 11 years in various management and leadership positions; learning, observing, and asking the pertinent questions as to what makes a great leader. I believe wholeheartedly that we need leaders who inspire and empower people, who simultaneously project confidence and humility, and yet lead effective, productive, and successful teams. I also believe that great leadership starts with developing an incredible self-awareness as well as knowing the individuals that you lead and serve.
