In 2014, Saunders Construction acquired Fort Collins-based Heath Construction, LLC. This merger created a new construction and facilities maintenance provider in the Northern Colorado, Wyoming and Nebraska markets. Recent projects include the Stanley Hotel Pavilion and Aspire Residences, Colorado State University Nancy Richardson Design Center, Cheyenne Regional Medical Center, and Phelps Memorial Health Center, to name a few.
