Save The Orangutan

Save the Orangutan works to save the endangered orangutan and its rainforest habitat. We support the rescue and translocation of wild orangutans whose forest habitat has been destroyed and the rehabilitation of orphaned orangutans that — without our help — would die or be sold into the illegal pet trade. Our goal is for as many orangutans as possible to be released back into the wild, where they belong and to protect wild orangutans and their rainforest home. Save the Orangutan is a Danish based organization fundraising in both Denmark, Sweden and England. Save the Orangutan works closely with Indonesian BOS Foundation to achieve the best possible results. To protect the orangutan and the rainforest we rely entirely on donations.
