The Schuhfried company is headquartered in Vienna, Austria and was founded in 1947. It leads the world in computer-based psychological assessment and cognitive rehabilitation and training. Schuhfried Australia is a fully independent company with a head office in Brisbane. Schuhfried products have been used in the industrial and HR field in Australia for over 15 years through partner company Veedre Schuhfried Australia is now bringing these products to the medical, military, police and public services, sport and education markets. Schuhfried has three integrated product lines: • Vienna Test System (VTS) is used in psychometric assessment of human abilities and attributes • The CogniPlus program is used in rehabilitation training of ability deficits or to enhance performance • Biofeedback is used to train people to control physical factors like pulse and heart rate and thereby control anxiety, attention, thinking, and emotions In addition, Schuhfried Australia has developed the NeuroMite program NeuroMite is designed to train and improve school students cognitive and non-cognitive abilities. It does this by targeting specific cognitive abilities through computerised, interactive and adaptive training. Non-cognitive abilities such as resilience,confidence, conscientiousness and growth mindset are trained through the face to face coaching and support element of the program.
