Seg Metu Student Chapter

METU SEG Student Chapter follows the objectives below; Encourage students within the field of mineral deposits and mineral exploration and establish the connection between the industry and students who are looking for a career in mineral exploration industry. Utilizing the financial support obtained from different sources (e.g. associations, industry, and university), organize at least one field trip each year that will enable chapter members to see some of Turkey’s most important ore deposits. Organize short courses/talks/workshops with the attendance of some distinguished lecturers from both academia and industry.
