What the heck does "personal branding" mean? I usually boil it down like this: what do you stand for, who do you serve and how do you present yourself? The concept is as old as humanity, and in the modern world we can each learn to be more strategic about our own brands. This does not mean put on a costume or change who you are. While you can grow into your brand, it must be authentic to be effective. Find your center, find your ideal clients/workplace, find your brand.
