I worked as a Photographer, Lab Tech, and Manager for Carnival, Royal Caribbean, and Windstar Cruises. In 2009, I founded Selective Crew with my wife and business partner. As a former crew member, I possess the unique ability to identify candidates who have the resilience and discipline required for high-pressure environments—whether that’s onboard a ship or supporting your business remotely.
