Self-Care Is For Everyone

Our mission is to normalize conversation around mental health and provide gentle reminders to our community of their inherent self-worth by emphasizing the importance of self-care in hopes of creating a future in which suicide and self-harm become things of the past. In our effort to make suicide & self-harm things of the past, we hope to empower a community of educated and empathetic individuals who are eager to show care and demonstrate compassion toward one another.
