I am a licensed marriage and family therapist serving my clients (specialize in couples and relationship concerns) throughout California. I see clients online and offer in-person support from my office on Larchmont Village.(LMFT 126269) Oh and I helped build this community @selfcareisforeveryone Self-Care Is For Everyone's mission is to normalize conversations around mental health and to spread reminders to our community around the importance of practicing self-care. We partner with independent artists who make illustrations, which we then print onto garments and other products to serve as self-care reminders. Our hope is to spread the message far and wide and to continue offering support to our community through resources that are accessible. In our effort to make suicide & self-harm things of the past, we hope to empower a community of educated and empathetic individuals who are eager to show care and demonstrate compassion toward one another. The Self-Care Is For Everyone community has grown to 1 MILLION mental health advocates online! We are so grateful for this empathetic and compassionate community who continues spreading these important messages with those around them.
