Self Offense

Self Offense (OFF- ense) is a preventative personal protection and safety company. We lead workshops that teach skills in awareness, communication and listening; verbal and non-verbal boundary setting; and self defense. We shift the context of being safe and protecting oneself from being on the defense, to being proactive and on the offense. Rather than teaching situational defensive strategies, or “what do I do if…” scenarios, Self Offense gives participants a new place from which to think and make decisions to protect themselves across all types of interactions and situations. Participants leave with a profound sense of their own power, confidence and awareness.
