Through our programmes we select, train and mentor candidates with notable potential and equip them with the toolkit to build exceptional careers. Our work both locally and internationally is focused on enhancing the ability of African talent to be globally competitive, while maintaining our ethos of giving back. SEO Africa Career Programme (Country Specific) SEO Africa Career is our flagship professional development programme, providing talented graduates with coaching, training, and access to internships and graduate opportunities across different industries. Our focus is on galvanising local talent and equipping them with the tools to excel within the corporate landscapes of their evolving economies. We partner with organisations in the Financial Services, Energy & Power, and Telecommunications industries, and we are constantly expanding into new and growing industries to reflect the extraordinary growth across the continent. SEO Africa International Career Programme We partner with multinational organisations in the Financial Services and Technology sectors looking to provide internship opportunities to students from across the African continent. Through this programme we provide our students with opportunities in Europe, the US and Asia, and we equip our candidates with the technical prowess, soft skills, and cultural awareness to be globally competitive. SEO Africa Achievers Our Senior High School scholarship was launched in 2017 to provide full financial sponsorship, mentoring and academic tutoring to bright and motivated students with a demonstrated financial need. Our Achievers receive guidance throughout their journey from secondary to tertiary education and beyond. We empower them to conquer personal and professional feats, changing the trajectory of their careers.
