Founder and Head Coach, Jan William Hegewald, spent nearly a decade managing and leading production, design, and operations teams at the most innovative private, non-profit, online university in the US. He is a former Nor-Am and collegiate level ski racer, pro-athlete, and perpetual "sufferfest seeker.” He holds a BA in Politics from Whitman College, an MBA from Western Governors University, and a Resilience and Wellbeing Coaching credential from the University of Pennsylvania's Center for Positive Psychology. He has worked with with former Olympians, US National Ski Team members, Division I athletes, Navy SEALs, entrepreneurs, and weekend warriors. His mission is to build and empower leadership and resilience in athletes, leaders, and teams.
