But how do we get there? Shared Story believes that the stories we tell ourselves about who we are and what happened matter. We offer confidential conflict resolution services that help individuals honor what they value, while searching for common ground. Family/Divorce Mediation, Group Facilitation, Conflict Coaching, Organizational Training and Alternative Dispute Resolution are services grounded in the belief that with the right process and third party neutral guide-there is hope for moving toward healing, productivity, and opportunity for positive change. We offer a safe space with an interest-based approach that helps clients determine what they need most, and teaches them how to remain curious about the possibility of creative collaboration. At the end of the day, we trust in people's ability to problem solve. Resolution is long-standing because the clients are the ones who craft it.
