SHEROs: Military Women – A New Era of Support for Survivors of Military Sexual Trauma With a team of clinical and holistic therapists - experts in Research and Development - Free access to Legal Team - Parliamentary Lobbier- Our Mission is to: • Provide safe, women-led spaces where survivors feel valued, empowered, and supported. • Advocate for independent investigations into MSA and MST to secure justice and transparency. • Deliver trauma-informed services, education, and advocacy that enable survivors to heal and rebuild their lives. Trauma-Informed Support • Confidential advice and signposting to specialist female-led services. Therapeutic and Clinical Care • Access to Female therapists (via our partners). • One-on-one therapy, group sessions, courses and holistic approaches. Safe Community Meetups • Online and in-person sessions in secure venues. • Creative workshops, courses, wellness activities. Advocacy and Education • Promoting awareness of MST/MSA terminology and survivor challenges. • Campaigning for independent investigations into serious sexual abuse cases. • Legal support through trusted partners. • Signposting for housing, employment, financial aid, addiction recovery, and other services. Goals of SHEROs 1. Help women reclaim purpose, identity, and confidence. Provide emotional and practical support for rebuilding lives. Build a network of survivor-led solidarity and empowerment. Advocate for recognition of MST/MSA and stronger institutional accountability. These women gave everything to protect us, often guarding against predators in their own ranks. Now it’s our turn to protect them.
