Shiny Solutions is a full-service entity gearing towards Long Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facilities. Our team is dedicated to assist facilities to reach their optimum level of potential, assist with staffing needs, including "specialty staff"(members of admin team) such as Wound Care Nurse, interim DON, interim ADON, interim SDC, interim Social Services Director and so on. As well as floor staff.(RN, LPN and CNA's). Our Clinical Consulting Team specializes in fixing broken processes, auditing and correcting charts, as well as education, plan of actions and Quality Measure Plans. As nurses, we have seen a change in our current healthcare climate, and we are determined to ensure that we do our part to support and help improve this branch of health care.
