Our core offer, The Genius Stack™ Program, is a group coaching program that helps Purpose-Driven professionals escape unfulfilling work and pivot towards their Purpose, without starting from scratch. The program is based on a proprietary framework that combines business innovation principles and human behavior research techniques to help people uncover their unique value, adapt their expertise to new career opportunities, and identify their long-term vision/purpose. It was developed by founder, Kristy Evans, using her experience as a human behavior researcher and innovation strategist for Fortune 500 companies. After conducting hundreds of studies in 35+ countries, where she spent time in the homes of regular people unravelling the layers that make up who they are, she synthesized her insight into the 7 core layers that make up who we are and how we’re valuable. Ultimately, The Genius Stack™ Program helps people understand what they can uniquely contribute to the world through their work.
