Silpakriti

Silpakriti is an initiative run by a team of highly motivated and dedicated people to “enrich empower, enable” the community of artisans in the country. We aim to impact thousands of artisans and their beautiful art forms under our umbrella. It is a motive driven cluster of IIT Kharagpur alumni trying to build a platform to empower the craftsmen of rural India especially situated in Odisha, an Indian state located in the Eastern region of the country. We are bridging the gap between the consumers and the craftsman providing them with a platform to showcase their fine skills and create a perfect mind-blowing blend of traditional art with a modern touch. Our vision is to revive the dying art forms and bring back the faded glory of this heritage of the country. We strive to make Silpakriti a one-stop solution for artisans and extend back the fame and recognition they truly deserve.
