As CEO at Simplify Waste Management, I oversee specialist functions including customer care, sales, finance, human resources, safety, health, environment & quality (SHEQ), and logistics. My focus lies on achieving business metrics for the commercial division and logistics operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining seamless communication between departments.
