We help school institutions thrive, through healthy and strong internal cultures. It leads to higher enrollment, volunteerism and fundraising achievement. We help you streamline the decision making and hiring process for great employees. We are a consortium of current and past school leaders who consult school leaders, to facilitate a strong, enthusiastic, and unified school cultures and connectedness. We are certified and trained team-builders, coaches and consultants, who are or who were themselves all been school leaders. Our services include online resources, consulting packages, virtual and in-person teacher in-service workshops, and one-on-one coaching. Borrowing a concept from Patrick Lencioni, we are called Smart & Healthy Schools because we believe that as health grows in a school's corporate culture, the smarter it will be - both as a whole, and in the individual students, teachers, and staff. Our partners are licensed school principals, with further credentials the Six Types of Working Genius and methodologies of Patrick Lencioni, time management, financial planning, and student counseling.
