SME Leasing Limited (SLL) was incorporated on July 2002 as a public limited unlisted company. At the time of incorporation the company was a wholly owned subsidiary of SME Bank Limited however, in the year 2006 acquired the status of a Public Listed Company by listing at Lahore Stock Exchange. Currently, SME Bank Limited holds 73.14% shares of SLL. The objective for forming SLL is to contribute monetarily towards the economic growth of the country by bringing about cultural change in the uplift of the SME sector by providing client-specific financing facility.This in turn helps in creating new jobs.
