SmokeFree Hull provides free and confidential stop smoking services for 12 years and over across Hull. We are all about helping you find your own way of stopping smoking up to a 12-week programme. We offer behavioural support through face to face, telephone, or video appointments and arrange prescriptions for stop smoking products to be sent directly to pharmacies. Whether you want to stop smoking for your health, for your kids, to save money, or something else, you're more likely to succeed if you get support. With SmokeFree Hull, you get: • Expert one-on-one support to find the best way to stop smoking for you • Stop smoking aids like nicotine patches, gum or mouth sprays • Someone to encourage and cheer you on. Stop smoking training sessions If you want to reduce smoking and improve health in your community, SmokeFree Hull can help with our free training sessions to healthcare professionals, community groups and employers. We offer a range of training packages to advise you and the local community on best practice in supporting smokers on their smokefree journey and referral pathways.
