Snowball India

Snowball is into Corporate and Institues Soft Skills training programs. Snowball came into picture, after attending many training sessions. Most of them were lecture based, which makes it boring as it was focused on one way communication. Hence, a thought came if we make it experiential and fun based, things would be really different. Hence, we created modules that incorporated “Adult learning Principles”. We use accelerated learning principles which ensures to have positive learning environment, engaged participants, use of all senses, learning from each other, and practical life examples are given. We want to add an experience in the life of participant, along with skills needed. Further, we provide follow up sessions as after training, which help us to understand after applying concepts what challenges they have faced, and it can be solved.
