This includes acting as arranger in connection with the introduction of investors to listed companies in Hong Kong and/or their major shareholders in a takeover transaction; • acting as independent financial adviser to independent board committees and/or independent shareholders of listed companies; •acting as sponsor to clients pursuing an IPO.
