Somersault Ventures is a venture capital firm investing in next-generation Software and Marketplaces at the Seed stage. We seek businesses with the potential to become enduring category leaders or even monopolies, often within niche or overlooked verticals and functions. We’re a remote-first team based out of Dubai, London, and San Francisco, and investing across North America and Europe. Our backgrounds span product, finance, and operations, and we take pride in being thoughtful, hands-on partners to founders in their early inflection points. Our first institutional vehicle, Somersault Ventures Fund I, is backed by dozens of global tech entrepreneurs and executives. We have a particular affinity for founding teams where at least one founder is connected to UC Berkeley or comes from a CEE immigrant background - communities we understand deeply and where we see consistent entrepreneurial talent.
