I teach private customized cooking lessons to clients one on one, tailored to your personal goals. I also lead unique event experiences, such as children's birthday parties (cupcake decorating, macaroon decorating, etc) or private parties (wine & cheese nights, charcuterie board design classes, etc). Additionally, I offer chef consulting for local restaurants who seek solutions for their particular needs (menu development & optimization, food & beverage presentations, recipe developer, restaurant/kitchen design & organization, product cost calculations, etc).
