Man today is constantly purging to strive for success and in this process he is being incapable to accept the circumstantial challenges,making him susceptible and succumb to mental imbalance and disharmony. By and large, the modern era is afflicted by varied ailments such as sickness and depression which affects us at whim. The urge for constant growth is paving society towards development at the cost of the body, mind and soul. We often neglect our own health and in the long run are exposed to health disorders which are result of prolonged rusting of the body due to overburden leading to depression, anxiety, insomnia and stress- the social bane which effects everyday life.
