Sourced Business Solutions provides process improvement expertise through the use of Lean Six Sigma, as well as Leadership and Strategic Planning services. We provide consultant services and courses developed specifically for each of our customers. Our customers include Fortune 500 companies, as well as non-profit organizations and companies ranging in size from sole-proprietor and family owned businesses to those organizations numbering in the thousands of employees. We aim to meet each customer's requirements regardless of their size or organizational type. The classes and services we offer target the immediate needs of our customers. This is accomplished through no-cost consultations conducted prior to scheduling a course event. This is followed by the development of a course or courses that focus on each specific customer and their field of business. Training events can be held at a location of the customer's choice. All associated costs of our services are discussed and agreed to well in advance of each course - there are no hidden costs. Our major goal is to provide services that are linked specifically to each of our customer's needs.
