The SPARK Equity In Action team supports organizations to align their DEI goals with their core values, systems, and strategies with intentionality–in order to have maximal impact with sustained results. SPARK Equity In Action content emphasizes the importance of critical self-reflection, creating culturally conscious conditions, leading with integrity, and communicating with awareness of blindspots and biases at every level of the system. The CEO and Project Lead, Rachel V Rosen, is a seasoned facilitator, speaker, and DEI practitioner. She and her team have supported organizations, teams, and communities to come together across racial, gender, sexual identity differences, and cultural differences—engaging in complex conversations about DEI—for years. The SPARK Equity In Action team supports clients to create conditions for equity in action, addressing institutional, structural, and individual patterns with intentionality.
