Special Evaluation Office
The Special Evaluation Office (SEO) is in charge of evaluating the Belgian Development Cooperation. Independent by legal status, the SEO can decide to conduct evaluations of Belgian development actors, policies, instruments, sectors, countries, etc. The SEO is required, by law, to communicate yearly with the Federal Parliament on the results of its evaluations. Furthermore, in order to guarantee the improvement of the Belgian development actors’ own evaluation systems, the SEO has undertaken to certify these systems. Contact: ses-dbe@diplobel.fed.be
