Spectrum Safety Training, Inc.’s mission is to provide OSHA training that is effective and will lead to a decrease in job site injuries, accidents, and deaths. Our Food Safety classes are nationally approved and designed to teach the food service managers and Food Handlers all aspects of food service sanitation from purchasing to serving the customer. Spectrum staff are certified instructors of ServSafe Food and Alcohol Training, B.A.S.S.E.T.T, and TAPS safety training as well as members of The Illinois Restaurant Association (IRA).
