ABOUT SPECWISE Specwise is an investor-side advisory practice focused on risk, decision-making, and project clarity in hospitality and complex fit-out projects. We work at the point where early decisions carry the highest financial and operational impact — typically during pre-construction and early construction phases. Specwise was founded on the belief that projects do not fail due to lack of expertise, but because execution knowledge is often disconnected from decision timing. Our role is to bridge this gap.
