Spruce Advisors is an Independent Education Consultancy that guides and supports families through educational decisions for their children with compassion, understanding, and expertise. With over 20 years of experience working in independent schools as a Director of Admission, High School Placement Counselor, and English teacher, Tara Boland, will help your family find the right Bay Area preschool, elementary, high school, or national boarding school for your child. In addition to her work with families, Tara will partner with independent school to better support Admission and English departments. She will assess current practices and develop effective strategies to improve enrollment management operations, process, and outcomes to create long-term sustainable practices. Tara works with English and Humanities departments on curriculum and strengthening writing instruction. She is available to coach new Admission professionals and English teachers.
