Stachowski Inc, is a family-owned business since 2009. Our Old World–style pâtés & sausages are created by Chef Jamie Stachowski from recipes handed down through generations. We have many creations that reflect his passion for true charcuterie. Our products give the consumer options and flexibility to be creative with their own inspired dishes. At Stachowski's we offer a wide variety of handcrafted gourmet fresh and cured sausages, a wide assortment of galantines, pâtés, terrines, and meats of the highest quality. Chef Jamie Stachowski is a well-known chef who hails from Buffalo, New York, and is most known for his skills in the traditional craft of charcuterie. Chef Stachowski took to cooking at age 15. He came to Washington in 1984 and apprenticed with various chefs—acquiring classic training in flavors, methods, and techniques, added to his own family skill of charcuterie.
