Stargate Studios Malta is a company formed by The Bigger Picture and Stargate Studios, setup in 2012. Stargate Studios is an Emmy Award winning visual effects company that works on high profile television shows and feature films, having 10 studios worldwide. Stargate Studios Malta manages the group’s presence in the European region with the focus being on the Spanish, Italian and British markets. Our local VFX Supervisors have been on set for various projects in Spain, Canada, Italy, UK, Czech Republic, Belgium, Morocco and South Africa. Malta's geographical position makes it easy for our team to be on-set anywhere in Europe at short notice as per clients’ shooting schedules. Our in-house production arm has produced and delivered over 300 TV Commercials, corporate videos and short films that have won a number of prestigious awards and accolades along the way. Over the years the team has built a loyal client base in Malta and overseas. We currently use cameras that capture an 8k digital image. Stargate Studios Malta boasts a complete post production facility including editorial suites, artist workstations and a render farm capable of handling 4K/UHD workflows.
